I emailed the person and asked for some more info, here it is:

Ladybug (my daughter named her because of the dappling on her back) is very
sweet. She weighs about 7 lbs. She is very responsive to love and affection.
She is about 75%
housebroken and will ask to go outside when we are home. She is crate-trained.
She needs
a backyard and loves to lay in the sunlight and chase after my kids. She will
take a leash, but has not be formally trained to heel while walking. She has
never been aggressive to humans or other animals. She does bark when she feels
her territory is being treatened. Her shots are due. We plan on taking her to
the vet within the next 2 weeks.

If she still sounds like someone you could love, please let us
know.

just an update...someone must have snatched her up because the post is now deleted by the author and you only do that if you don't have a need for it anymore right?

That's GREAT!!! I hope my friends in Chicago aren't mad when they can't find the link later - oh well!!!

I sent the link to friends who foster dogs that would otherwise go to kill-shelters. I figured even if they didn't keep her they would at least give her a safe home until she found her forever one.

That was quick! I just emailed her last night and she emailed me right back and didn't mention it at all. Matter of fact as you can read in her email back to me they were going to take her to the vet next week.
