Thank You so much for all your advice on owning 2 or 3 or more!!!! We decided to go ahead and get her a friend. He is a longhaired dapple that is sable colored, he is so gorgeous!! He is right at 10 weeks old. My husband and kids named him “Chip” because of the coloring around his nose and chin (they said he looks like a cookie!). So far everything has been great with him and Sweetie!! She loves her new friend and worries about where he is and what he is doing all the time. When he wakes up in his crate and goes to whine to be let out she will run back and forth from me to the crate till I get him out And he was used to his brothers and parents so he took right up to being with her! Hi, Jester here, reporting that I’ve been such a busy bee! 

 I’ve been training cousin Ebony, and she just passed her AKC CGC test! 

I’m still working on teaching cousin Jinx to pull a cart. 

 And mama ordered me a new blue Therapy dog cape to wear when we visit the nursing home, woo hoo!  It is going to have my name on it, we will post pictures when it arrives. 

I like to go and visit; the older folks tell me how sweet I am and I get lots of kisses and goodies from mama.  I also get to be carried and to ride in my suitcase carrier. 

 Bark at ya later when things slow down again over here!

I have a question: does the shape of the eyes mean anything? One of my dogs eyes are round and the other one has almond shaped ones. Is this something to do with how pure they are (or aren´t !!! LOL) , age or is it just a random thing? I was just curious!!! Thanks!!!!

We went back to the vet today to have Abbey’s sitches removed!! Unfortunately we had to wait in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours…..but there were some wonderful people to talk to!
Abbey sat like a good girl in my lap,and we enjoyed watching all the breeds of dogs come and go…there were two other doxies there also,a male and female,the male was a shorthair chocolate dapple and the female was shorthair red,it was SO FUNNY cause the female was honestly about half Abbey’s size(length and width),SO TINY,and she was full grown.She looked like a toy!(Abbey that’s why Abbey kept looking at her like she was waiting on her to squeak)
Finally we got her sitches out.
We came home,took a nap and then Abbey got a bath! Now she is off playing with the other dogs,which was a long awaited thing….that has pretty much been our day!

Hi you guys!
Well, after her 4 day trip to Cancun, our mommy is BACK! She had a great time, saw beautiful sights and rested. She says she missed us soooo much, but we were with our grandparents, getting spoiled and loved. Avi loves sitting on grandpa´s lap when he´s using the computer……and he doesn´t complain! And grandma feeds me cheese and hugs me a lot. So we were ok, but when we say mommy, Avi was so happy, she peed a bit and I started howling! Today I woke her up with LOTS of kisses! I heard her say that she was thinking of us all the time and wants to take us to the beach someday. YAY!!
