Where Do I Find This?

I have to get pet liability insurance on Dixie. Its part of my lease agreement. 
But I have no idea where to get it. Or how expensive it is. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I am guessing you are renting. Your renters insurance should have general liability coverage. Usually this includes coverage for things like dog bites aka pet liability.
Mom and Dad have home owner’s insurance. I am noted on their policy as living with them so if I ever do anything stupid (aka, dog bite) and someone were to sue Mom and Dad, their homeowners policy would cover any damage from my actions.
This is most likely what they are telling you about needing. The real question is: Do you have renters’ insurance? Dad works for a local insurance company and this is his input — totally not professional advice however, as companies and states vary. But this is probably your scenerio. Hope this helps.
