Updates on our doxie friends?

Wondering how all our doxie friends are doing? Sophie and I have been keeping all those who had surgery, unexpected illnesses and owies in our thoughts and prayers. It has been a horrendous week at work and I haven’t had a lot of time to read blogs for any updates. Drop a line to let us know how everyone is doing. Blessings to all,
Sophie and Lisa

Sophie and Lisa, we are doing great here in Ohio. Glad you are doing well and we also continue to keep our paws crossed for them also.

Brandy had her eye operation a week ago today. In the first couple days, she slept most of the time. She is healing nicely and has seen the surgeon (opthalmologist)three times since her operation. She sees Dr. Tucci again on Wednesday when we hope that Brandy’s stitches can be removed. We are not sure when we can remove that big cone, collar thing! Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers! Thanks for asking. We are on pins and needles awaiting tomorrow’s visit to Dr. Rick to determine how many puppies Kate is carrying. I plan to take pictures of him examining her and will post something as soon as we get home. I know everyone is anxious to know like we are.
Kira is prancing around so proud of her new BLING. Everyone here is sleepy today. Something got under the house last nite and the DoxiePets barked and ran around all nite, keeping Danny and Me awake. But they are supposed to watch out for us and the house. I can not fault them for doing what they are paid for. I opened the portals and whatever it was seems to have gone somewhere else because they ae settled and quiet now. Hopefully I can get some rest today myself.

Thank you everyone for letting us know how everyone is.
Chuck … I wish you weren’t in Florida. We are looking to add another dachshund to our family. Keep us posted on how many pups Kate will be having. This is soooo exciting!
Get some rest. Be glad you have the doxies to protect you and Danny. Hope whatever was under the house has gone away.
Have a good day.

Thanks for asking! We’re all okay here in California. The boys are getting bigger - and naughtier! LOL! We had a small tremor this morning, but other then some pictures moving on the wall, there was no damage.
Take care and big hugs all around,
Sunny

Thanks Sophie and Lisa, I’m doing real good I think!! My dads New Years Resolution was to put me on a diet which he did and had kept to it faithfully!! He weighed me yesterday and I am down to 17 pounds from 22 so that is good…?? My mom does sneak me a treat now and then but she know it is in my best interest to be fit!!
