I think Mommy is almost “back!”
Get out AND STAY OUT!
Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to let all of you know that for the first time in 3.5 weeks my mommy got out of bed today with energy. She did not have to hold the handrail coming down the stairs. I think whatever nasty bug has been in her system for SO long is finally breaking!!! Yippee!
Mommy is SO tired of being sick. She had a mini-meltdown the other night and just needed Daddy to hold her. Hey, what about me?!?! I watch over her all day long and she wanted HIM!?!?! Well, I jumped up on Daddy’s lap and nuzzled my way under his arms, putting me right in between Mommy and Daddy. Then, I started licking Mommy’s face ( I NEVER do this). I licked and licked and licked for about 10 minutes. I did good! See, Mommy can’t cry if she is busy laughing! Doctors? Antibiotics? Humph! Nothing is better than doxie therapy!
I really think that nasty “thing” is officially leaving her system. I hope so. Get out AND STAY OUT!
No doubt that the soup, along with all the other get-well goodies, Rusty and his Mommy sent helped! As did everyone’s doxie wishes.

Jennifer so happy to hear your feeling better. That was a nasty bug you had. I have not been on too much myself. I am having problems with my back and the fibromyalgia so know what you are going thru especially having hotdog blog withdrawals. Lets hope we both stay healthy. Will be glad to hear from you and Zorro again. Feel better and Zoe says she goes thru the same thing with me. She is my lifesaver staying with me and cuddling and kissing me. I need that. So Zorro you just keep up the good work. You and Zoe are such good nurses.

Yeeaahh for Zorro & especially mommy. I bet you’re running around the house doing woo-hoos right now Z. and I’m sure your mommy is doing the same thing, just so she doesn’t use up all her new found energy. The site just hasn’t been the same with your mommy being sick. I loved your story so much from this morning about grandma. I’m glad your better and hope it only continues to get better with each passing day.

Zorro you’ve been such a good boy taking care of mommy. Laughter and doxie kisses ARE the best medicine. We’re so happy you’re mommy is feeling better.
