A wonderful day

. It started out as usual with Mommy taking me for my morning walk outside
. Then we came back in the house and I ate my breakfast and went back into bed with mom while Daddy said his goodbye’s to all of us and went to work. I thought to myself, Oh another boring day at home. Well did Mommy surprise me. She got dressed and called my name and said you ready to go for a ride in the car. Well my tail was wagging a mile a minute. The car. I get to go in the car for a ride. YIPEE
. Where are we going, I hope somewhere good. Well I got into the car, Just me, not my brother Duncan so I felt I was special already. We rode for a while and I looked out the window which I love to do when I go for a car ride, so many interesting things to see. We stopped and I was not sure where we were. It looked familiar and as soon as I got out and saw the doors I knew where I was
. It was Mommy and Daddy’s store. Oh boy, I have not been here in a while and I loved coming here. We got inside and I was greeted by David who works for my Daddy with a big hug and kiss
. He loves me so. He played with me alot while I was there. I was running all over the place so they had to put up a gate but I did not mind. When the customers came in all I heard was Zoe, Zoe your here. I felt like a celebrity
. They all knew who I was and my name. They all wanted to pick me up and pet me and play with me. I felt so special
. Then the best thing happened. A Long Haired little Doxie girl came in. Her name was Ginger. She was so sweet
. The parents let us play for a long time and the customers were getting a kick as we just tossed and played and ran around the store. I am so glad we have customers who all love animals. That is one special thing about my parent’s store. All animals are allowed in. Well then Daddy made us this tunnel out of cardboard boxes and we scooted in and out of the tunnel. Then she had to say goodbye. I really hope I get to play with Ginger again. IT was alot of fun. I was so tired after that Mommy decided it was time to go home. When we got home Duncan was waiting there and he looked sad because we left him alone. I felt bad but I could not help but be so happy because I had the best day so thank you Mommy and Daddy and please let me come to the store again and make sure that Ginger is there when I come. That was my terrific day.

Wow, Zoe! What a fun day!!! Mommy goes to the UPS store here, but I have never seen any pets there. I would love to come and play with you at your store.
And how cool was your Daddy to create cardboard tunnels for you and Ginger to run around in. That sound like SO much fun! You have to be a little sad for Duncan, though. So, maybe be extra nice to him tonight.

Wow Zoe what a great day I wish I had been there to run through the tunnels with you and Ginger, that sounds like so much fun. Of course everyone treated you like a celebrity, after all you are a very beautiful lady. I am glad you had such a fun day Zoe, maybe you can talk your mommy into letting you go again. That is great public relations work to for when we TOTW.

Zoe you had a great day. It must have been a whole lot of fun. The cardbord tunnels sound neat…We are going to ask Chuck to make us some. He has lots of boxes to make them out of…wow…maybe he will stop working in the yard and make tunnels tomorrow. We are so glad you had a good time

Zoe, I am so happy for you! What a special, wonderful, fun-filled day you had playing with Ginger! You are a very lucky girl to be able to go to Mommy & Daddy’s work. That doesn’t happen to most of us. You are very special! I’m so glad you had a GREAT day! I hope it will happen for you again soon.
