You know when you pet and/or rub your baby, and his/her leg moves really fast; kinda like they are scratching; what do you think they are feeling? Is it bothersome, or good feeling? Hmmmmmmmmmm…………..

   Well…. mmmmm….. we all have these tickle spots…. and my Mum thinks that I quite enjoy having it rubbed. Even Hughie does…. and he is likely to grrrrrr at anything he doesn’t like.

   I think you have found an itchy spot that your baby can’t reach on his/her own. Like the small of your own back. I would not worry to much. Your lil doxie will let you know if it is bothersome.

   Roo loves it when I get her tickle spot! She doesn’t want me to stop unless I tickle her feet when she’s asleep and she jerks her foot away, but I only do that to mess with her (hee,hee).

   I was told to handle their feet when they are sleepy to get them used to having their paws trimmed and nails clipped.
   Rhuari has such a spot on his under carriage.
