Web Page and Chat Issues

Hi! This is for the THDB Web Masters - Chat is not working tonight! I tried to log onto chat about 10 times and could make entries, but no one could see them and my name did not appear in the right hand column of entry names after I changed my gabber name. I also saw an issue with my member account. I have tallied over 100 posts and had 3 stars under my member, but now I have been demoted to Weenie On A Walk and my posts tally is now at 2!
:( Can the web guru please check out these issues. Thanks, Baxters Mom

   The demotion thing used to happen every 3 months, lately it is happening monthly.

   I haven’t been to chat today but last night there were names in the right hand list but no one reacted to what I was saying

   Please do not post support requests on the blog. It’s not nice to see this when I log on.

   If you post this in the support forum, you will get help and I will see it.

   BTW - Correct. The demotion thing has been happening for a year and I don’t know how to fix it. If you go to the forum, you will see lots of discussion on this. Chat is a 3rd party system and so if it isn’t working, it generally has nothing to do with our site. If it consistently doesn’t work for you, then it is most likely a browser issue.

   Sometimes Chat works for me, though according to the Chat system it shouldn’t….. and sometimes it doesn’t! Oh well…. that’s life!
