The 2006 Greater Miami Dog Show is this weekend, December 9-10. It is at the Miami Fair Expo Center at 10901 S.W. 24th Street (Coral Way). Both Saturday and Sunday, from 9:00-5:00. The cost is $5.00 for adults, seniors and children are free. They expect ~ 800 dogs to be shown. I am sorry but I do not know when the dachshund groups will be showing. In the past, they have been in the ring in the morning. There will also be agility and obedience trials going on. These are always fun to watch!

Dog shows are a wonderful opportunity to see beautiful, well-groomed, well behaved dogs. There will also be vendors selling dog related products. I hope to go on Saturday.
