I would say that you are doing a good job, but try and stay away from rich foods becuase that might make her even more sick. Also keep in eye on her, to make sure nothing else changes, try and get her to lye down and get some rest too. I was up most of the night with 3 sick dogs. I don't know what they had but all are keeping down small amounts of water, boiled chicken and rice. Dehydration is the biggest worry, as drinking makes them heave more. Murphy sometimes was so poorly after his chemotherapy, that he had to have Dyalite (rehydration salts in water) squited into his mouth by syringe. After 24 hours I feed them boiled chicken and rice, if they want food. If the problem continues, I would take her to the vet. Good luck and paws crossed for a quick recovery.
