Our morning at school
Hi all, Belle and Blaze reporting,
As some of you know, we are going to obedience school every Saturday morning. We have class, then the teacher gives mom and dad homework to do with us every day. School is actually fun, ’cause we get lots of treats.
Our teacher loves us, and says we are the star students. She is a VERY smart lady, because she says school is not for training the dogs, but training the owners.
Well, today school was going great. We were, of course, showing all the other dogs up, when our teacher called us and a little white schnauzer out. We were sure we were in trouble, and were wondering what was up. Then the teacher said we were all so good that she was putting us in an ADVANCED class. Man were we ever proud! We learned all kind of new things, and so did mom and dad. The teacher said Blaze is still a bit “rough around the edges” but he was still wonderful. Belle did an amazing job too, although she did not want to practice “down” because the grass was wet. The teacher said it is because Belle is a diva. Now where do you suppose she would get that idea?
Anyway, the teacher thinks we have potential for obedience competitions as well as agility. We think that will be so much fun, after all, it will show everyone how smart all dachshunds really are.
Now that we’ve had such a busy day, mom says that we need to get some rest, so we can TOTW.

We are all very impressed B & B. Well done.
None of us are trained….. but then we don’t need to be.,,,,,,, after all we have trained our Mum to do our bidding…….

Well done both of you,I have told Rhuari what you have been doing and he broke off “fighting” with Chase long enough to listen,now they are back at each other,this is an every night ritual before bed after they have had their last “out”.

Good work kiddies. Of course you are smart Dachshunds. All dachshunds are smart, but you have a great advantage over most…You are DoxiePets! Your family are all very proud of both of you. Blaze, even a clown can be well behaved!
