Domestic Priority Mail boxes can now be used for international mail. The flat rate box will have a flat rate for Canada and Mexico and another for the rest of the world. Should make the world an even smaller place. The new flat rate box in the US will be $9.15 starting that day. It is currently $8.10. Both can be sent using usps.com and their Click n ship product. You even get a 5% discount for doing it online.
