This is also why it is important NOT to buy from high volume breeders. They are only in this to make money and when the money can not be made from a doxie, they do not care what happens to them. It sounds like he has been kept outside his whole life with no hugs or kisses whatsoever. Grrrr! These kinds of breeders make me so mad! Sounds like in their opinion he has no value to them anymore so why keep him... They sound questionable at the very least to me. I guess if he can't make money for them what is the point!!!
