Rocky is out of Surgery

Just to let everyone know that Rocky made it through his “alteration” surgery just fine this morning. I will be picking him up in a few hours. Thanks for your support while I OBSESSED over this!

   He will be fine. He will act a little loggy at first but within hrs he will be back to his ole self minus his two friends.

    Sasha here, glad to here you made it all right through that sleep over shot thing, too. It was horrible. I woke up in a cage, and hurt, and my mommy wasn’t there. My big brother missed me and told me that because he was a boy his was much easier surgury than mine. I don’t know if that helped. But, the next day with the help of some yummy medicine, I was trying to play like my usual self. Mommy wouldn’t let me though.

    Glad to hear it all went well Rocky. Well, something went, anyway. And you won’t really miss the bits. But pretend you are sad and hurting so your mommy gives you more love and cheese!

    To Rocky’s mom,
    I was a volunteer at an animal clinic that “fixed” dogs and cats and when they would bring one out after surgery we would hold them in our lap (if they weren’t too large) and rub on them until they became awake. My female cat made it just fine. Rocky, you’ll be just great! Lucy’s mom, Sharon
