The “dont”claws

ArrBee had his dew claws removed after birth. So that is why I call them the “dont” claws. Yesterday I noticed that he has been chewing on the one area so bad that there is no fur there anymore! The other looks alright, and I don’t see anything wrong on his front leg at all. Is there something I can do for him? I would try cremes, but he loves the taste of all of them (just ask my legs and arms…he likes to lick them cuz of the lotion I put on them) so, I had to negate that idea.
I appreciate any and all suggestions!

Is there anything there that isn’t on the other side,Vet’s can be careless when they cut them off and leave a bit behind, he may have just found it and starting to chew just because it’s there and he enjoys the chew.
