Super Pet Expo.

My husband and I went to the Super Pet Expo. at the MD State Fairgrounds today. We had a really nice time and I wanted to share something I learned about there. A family in MD had a dog injured in a car accident a few years ago which she fortunately survived after having great emergency care. While this was going on, these people came to realize how many pets are euthanized because their owners can’t afford the costs to save their lives. To make a long story short, they started Molly’s Hope - a non-profit organization - that provides $ to ensure emergency medical treatment for people who can’t afford it. I emailed the lady and explained how we have been trying to figure out how to do something similar, asked her how they know when $ is needed, etc. Hopefully she’ll write back and tell us what was involved in setting-up Molly’s Hope.
