The Easter Doxie!
Happy belated Easter to everyone!
Mommy went photographing to the Easter Parade in NYC last weekend, and was pleased to say that there were a few dachshunds there! Mommy met a sweet one who was extremely friendly and didn’t bark at all (see below).
Things have been okay here. We *might* be getting a new sibling- a female beagle who is assumed to be 4 or 5 years old. It would be a very nice addition to the house. She is very sweet, quiet, and doesn’t jump/bark at everything and everyone. Franka has been her usual growly self though.
Mommy has started to religiously watch the Dog Whisperer and has started to take notes!

my sympathies that your mommy is watching the dog whisperer. i hate that show. my mommy learned “bitey hand” from that show, but i taught her a lesson. if she makes bitey-hand at me, i just don’t look at it. i crane my neck all the way –
hey, wait a minute! when i don’t look at it, it distracts me from what i was doing. mommy won AGAIN! oh man, i can’t believe i fell for that.
you need to distract your mommy from the dog whisperer before she learns too much!
