Update on Melissa and Pibby

I posted this in the “How’s Melissa?” blog, but I thought since some may not see it there, I should post it in it’s own blog.

I spoke to Melissa and she arrived in Georgia early this morning after a long flight.

She is very tired, but she wanted me to let all her friends here on the HDB that she, her son, and Pibby are fine.
I could hear the smile in her voice, which was nice to hear.

She told me that Pibby has met Melissa's smooth red female doxie, Holly, who Melissa had to leave behind in Georgia when she moved to Utah.
Melissa said Pibby and Holly are having a great time playing and hanging out together!
A far cry from sitting on a cold cement floor in the shelter!

We all wish Melissa, her son, and Pibby well in Georgia and she said she will log onto the HDB to thank everyone for thinking of her when she gets settled in.

Bette

I have spoken to Melissa and she and Pibby are adjusting well being back in Georgia and are very happy.

Melissa was able to introduce Pibby to her red smooth doxie, Holly, who she had to leave in Georgia when she moved away.

She said Pibby and Holly are playing in the yard and having a grand time.

She thanks everyone for their concern and well wishes for her and Pibby and hopes to post as soon as things settle down.
