Hello long lost friends! I have been meaning to get on here for weeks now. We’re getting ready for a big trade show in Vegas for our company so time has been limited. I wanted to give all of Cooper and Cali’s friends a little update though. They are doing excellent! We’ve had a few bumps in the road recently - Cali had a reaction to her vaccines, Cooper is having some eye issues that we’re still watching - but other than that they are happy as can be. Cali is pretty much “in charge” so to speak, but it seems like Cooper is fine with that. They play together and seem to get along most of the time (except when Cooper tries to take Cali’s bone - haha).

Noah (our nephew) and Cali watching my hubby and other nephew playing cards. Their visit was the first time Cali had been around kids with us. She was much more shy than Cooper (as expected) but did GREAT! Noah would sit next to me and say, “she wants to sit with me!” so I’d put her on his lap. As long as she was getting petted, it was fine with her!

My sis-in-law wants a weenie dog (”just like Cali”) after their visit… TOTW! I’m going to post separately about it, but if anyone has or knows someone who has an adult female, long hair, preferably fixed already please let me know! She would of course have to be good with kids. Our nephews are 13 and 3. They love to play with dogs and neither one of them was rough with my two while they were visiting - I was proud! The oldest was excited to help me take them out to potty on the leash too.

I hope to be back on more regularly after next week. I miss you all!
