Employed by Social Services, you have to have a thick skin, but a soft heart. As I sit in my nice home, eating a wonderful dinner, surrounded by my healthy children, I watch the evening news and realize how truly blessed I am. I would like everyone that reads this to please say a prayer for the poor people in Myanmar and China devastated by natural disasters.

Our most kind and gracious Heavenly Father,
There has been a series of devastating natural disasters occur in the beautiful world that you gave us. There are thousands of people suffering because there is no one to help them. I ask that you send in Your army of soldiers to give assistance to the many people in need.

Dear God, they are in desperate need of shelter, medical help, food and water. I pray that you show your mercy and allow help to enter these countries. I know that in You all things are possible. We just ask that you send comfort to those that lost loved ones and allow healing. There are thousands of children that have been orphaned now and Myanmar has no orphanges…I ask that you put your loving, protective arms around them.

Father, you have truly blessed us and for that we are grateful. In Jesus’ name, I pray…..AMEN.
