We finally have our internet back!

Well, the whole family has been super busy the past two weeks! On the 10th we all moved into the new house (yippee)! It took us a week to get the internet and cable installed and then it was one problem after another. Well, we are up and running now…I think…

Everyone has done fairly well adjusting to the new house. Jack and Phoebe took right to it and acted perfectly at home right away. I was also surprised how well Theo did. He was having a bit of a hard time at the apartment. We got him only about a week before we moved so he didn’t have to live there long. He was really moody and had been pottying inside. I’m pretty sure his last home was in a house, not apartment. He LOVES rolling in the yard and barking at the neighbors. :) Oliver on the other hand is taking a little more time adjusting. He is really mopey and clingy. He won’t eat unless he is in the room with either Josh or I. He is starting to loosen up, but I was pretty worried about him for a little bit. I guess he is just our sensitive one. :)

Anyway…Like I said Theo (our new Doxie) is doing great! He has stopped snapping at the others and I think has figured out his place in the pack. He has also turned into my little shadow. He is the sweetest thing in the world! He loves to lay right in my lap and snuggle. He is such a character too! He plays hide and seek! Whenever we let him inside from potty breaks he runs into our bedroom and hides under the bed. All I have to do is say “Where’s my puppy?!” and his little nose peeks out from under the bed-skirt. And then when I get on the ground he attacks me with kisses. It is soo cute and funny. Josh didn’t know about the game and got scared that he lost Theo the other day. :) He doesn’t know any commands yet (except coming when you whistle) so we are going to get him in puppy classes soon. I think he will really benefit from socializing with non-family members. He tends to bark a lot at strangers!!

Well, here is a pic of our boy? How could you not love that smiley face?
