Her teeth are getting bad even with me brushing them. None of the other dogs have a problem though. Anyway, the lady who does it travels around and does it once a month at a place near me(hour and a half away) This will be our first time, I'll report back on how it goes. Evidently it is a "company" or group of people. They asked my vet if she was interested and my vet lined up some clients and they demonstrated the process and how well it works to the vet and techs. So these people come based on their schedule and lining up enough dogs for one day to make it worth their while to come. They use my vet's facility only, not their personnel. It might even be like a "franchise". If anyone is interested, I will try to get more info. Just to let everyone know, my vet did not do the cleaning. Evidently it is a “company” or group of people. That is awesome!!!!! My husband is a dentist, we have a prophy cassette at home with us so that he can use the proper instruments!!! We have one that we use for the doxies only!!! :) I think I will have to look into this....maybe if we could find out the way to hold them, we could set up some doggie cleanings...LOL.
