What to do with Chip!!
Hi yall! Just thought I’d post and say that Chip, now being fed in his crate, no longer throws up anymore! Yay!! But, now he has all new problems 
He won’t stop peeing! I mean he will go outside and 5 minutes later go in the floor! My hubby has dubbed him “pisser” instead of “chipper”!! We have tried almost everything we can think of but since he no longer throws up he constantly pees. I even went as far as putting cheap disposable diapers taped around his middle. He looks so funny in those diapers!! He pees in those too, and in his crate, and outside, and the floor!! Health wise he is fine, so I think he just doesn’t finish outside maybe. Who knows!! Also, Sweetie (our other doxie) can’t stand finding pee in “her” house and will stick her nose up in the air and look at me so funny! Fortunately she hasn’t reversed her perfect potty training! But, if I find a great housebreaking tip I will be sure and share it. All the ones I know of aren’t working on him! Sweetie is still doing great and though she loves having Chip to play with she doesn’t like his lack of bladder control!!

Glad to hear Chip is no longer throwing up.
I would have him checked for any urinary tract issues by your vet.
Even though he has had a checkup, he would not have thought to check for this problem if he was not aware he has been peeing all the time.
If there are not medical reasons, I would make sure you remove any urine odors or bedding that he has peed on as any residuals will just make him keep peeing there.
If you take him outside to pee, and he pees, reward him with a treat and praise.
Keep a close eye on him in the house when he comes back in, and if you see him going to one of his favorite pee spots and sniffing around, take him back out imeediately until he finishes going.
Do not let him have free run of the house!
He needs to be confined to his crate and a few rooms, preferabley with no carpet, by baby gates, or an x-pen until he has learned to control his bladder.

Well some of us take a little longer to learn things (Just like hooomans0 But the vet is a good idea and take all the wet things out and put them near a tree and walk him out to it stand till he does something,then prase him..(A small treat might help)Just remember we are not hoooman so think Doxie ..lol Buddy

Maybe he needs to be walked to pee here there and everywhere. Males need space. If he is just going out on his own he may just be piddling once and going in. Is he neutered yet?
