Mommy took a vacation! HELP!!!
Daisy and Lola here!! We hope everyone is doing great! We haven’t been on here in a little while and wanted to say hi to everyone. Thanks again for all the prayers and concern for us and our family during the loss of our brother Lucky! All that said, someone help!! Our mommy took a week of vacation. We thought it would be great. We could spend unlimited time with her…Not so much….She decided to repaint our living room. She tried to bribe us with new treats, collars, even some toys. She is MOVING OUR STUFF AROUND!!! IT’s crazy at our house! We can’t rub up against any walls. We get in trouble for walking in the paint tray, then we have to have baths. Mommy on vacation is no fun! We love her but she needs to go back to work…..Take care all! -D&L

Can you believe the nerve of her? Vacations are for snuggeling on the couch with your doxies or taking them to the park! Or giving them treats. Or… belly scratches! Doesn’t she know? Mommy’s can be so silly! You’ll just have to try and teach her. You should trying lying down next to the paint tray and asking for a belly rub. Maybe tomorrow she will put down the tools and lay down in a sunspot with you.

Saurkraut here. Our Mommy was doing some of that painting stuff too! Something about “getting ready for the new baby”. I was wanting to check on her and see her handy work, but she had the door closed to just a crack. The nerve of her trying to keep me out. So, I nosed my way in and brushed up against some wet stuff. Then Mommy got all mad and upset..telling me to get out and for Daddy to catch me. As I went out, again a tight squeeze out the door so I brushed up against that wet stuff again. Finely, Mommy and Daddy got me before I went too far. My human sister (3yrs) was laughing at me..something about having purple on me. Mommy started laughing too. She wanted to take a picture but was afraid the paint would dry and be harder to get off. I got a bath too! I would have been a big help to her if she would have let me. I could have tail painted with the right treat incentive, as well as you guys too. Oh well, our humans’ lost!
