Uh ho - guess what is at my house ?
As you know, I live in a rural area. Not ,many rescue groups out here. no doxie group had ever contacted the County Dog pound with info on themselves, so some time ago I gave my name for doxies in trouble. A local lady is moving and she was taking her doxie to the Pound. You guessed it - I picked him up and he is now laying on my lap! She thinks he is 3-4 years old and doesn’t know much else. Introduced him to the gang, and they did pretty well. He seems pretty mellow. He is a Tweenie B&T. Not sure if I am keeping him or fostering him! See what happens I guess. They named him “Zippy” - not wild about that.

Awww Ruth - bless your heart for taking Zippy in! Fostering ain’t easy ’cause you tend to fall in love from the first bark!
I can only say this being the mommy to my own “failed foster” Mr. Brown.

Aw, take good care of Zippy. I’m sure he is wondering what has happened to him. Hope you find a good home for him, if you decide he’s not for you.
