Update: Feisty will cross the bridge today

Feisty is doing very poorly. It is to the point of spoon feeding her baby food, and she would not even take that this morning. Needless to say, today will be her last day. Appt at 3:15. A friend can come with me briefly. We have out Cincinnati Area Boyds meeting tonight and I am going to try to go to keep my head busy. Posting a picture in picture section.
Please continue with your prayers as you know I don’t have much family besides my pets. Thanks for your concern - it means a lot!

Ruth, I am so sorry. It is terrible when you have to let one of your babies go. God be with you while you are going through this hell. Just remember how happy Feisty will be pain free and for her to go with God.

Ruth, I am ever so sorry to hear this. Hubby and I were at Duchess Grave today,(in our back yard) and I was telling him that now I have a concilation in knowing that she isn’t hurting anymore. I will be praying for you, and wishing you a sense of peace to fill your heart this day. I know the pain you are feeling, I am reaching out with a great big hug for you.

Ruth my heart is breaking for you but it really is the ultimate gift that you can give your Feisty Girl. It is never easy letting go of our beloved fur friends but we are bound by our promise of bringing them to live with us in the first place to provide them with a dignified end to their lives.
You will be strong from her and we will be strong for you as you mourn for Feisty.

Ruth, So sorry that Fiesty is not doing well. I think this is one of the hardest things we as “parents” have to do. I will be thinking of you and hoping your meeting tonight will take your mind off of things for even a little while. Stay strong and know that we are all thinking of you.
