Pepper’s Gang has Sad News

My mother in law lost her fight with cancer on August 2. Her funeral was Tuesday and was a beautiful service. She died at home surrounded by the ones that loved her most and it was where she wanted to be.

I wanted to thank everyone for their warm messages and cards that were sent. I couldn’t have needed it more than now. My kids are getting better. My 13 year old son took it the hardest of all 5 grandkids as he was always on the farm and around her. But I told him that she is in a much better place than we can imagine…..

Thanks again guys!
Melody

Dear Melody, The loss of your mother-in-law, though expected was still a hard blow to suffer. I do believe that she is in a much better place where pain and suffering will never again visit her. Enourage your son to hold on to his grandma through the many memories he must certainly have of happy days with her down on thee farm. Time will help heal all of your hearts I just be sure to take as long as it takes.

God Bless your mother-in-law and all her loved ones.

    Laura

To you and yours please take each day as they come and know that some will be good and some not. Try to remember the good times and all the joy and laughter that was shared throughout the many years you had with your mother in law and your friend. Encourage your children to speak of the many things that she taught them and how knowing her even for this short time in their lives made them better. Remind them that no matter where they are they will always have their grandmother with them in their heart mind and soul. Take care and know that we are thinking of you and yours during this most difficult of times. Peace be yours tonight.
