I would have done the same thing. He was calmer than I would have been... I would be sitting in jail today if this happened to me. LOL there would have been a high speed chase. I would have just left the officer standing there ranting about a dog and drove off.... Sheesh I am bad when it comes to my fur baby. I can guarantee you I would have gotten back in my vehicle somehow, called the vet ER and told them to meet us at the door. The officer was a heartless jerk. It was so sad to see how helpless and freaked out these dog owners were. Too bad the woman in the car did not think to flag down a car and ask them take her to the emergency vet and let the guy stay with the cop and the car. I saw this on the news.
