GoldenPIE….a Dylan PIEventure
There I was relaxing on the big bed, in quite a nice sunbeam, when I recevied a call on my bobophone. I knew I should have destroyed the bobophone after my last mission, but as it is my only link to the C.I.A (Canine Intelligency Agency), I couldn’t bare to do it:
“squeeeek squeeeek squeek squeek squeek!”
(translation: Secret Agent Dylan of the MI-PIE Division, this is D and I have a mission for you”)
“squeeeeker squeeker squeeker squeek squeek, honk honk honk”
(translation: A shipment of toys has been stolen off the coast of Florida, your mission is to recover said toys and bring them safely back home)
Oh boy a mission! Things were getting a tad bit too dull this summer. I dug through my “toy box” to find some of my favorite weapons, super sonic squeeky duck and long range super bouncy tennis ball. I tested each extensively and they appeared to be in working order! Next a quick call to my handlers, PIEmommy and PIEdaddy and I was off to the airport!
I took a special “personality altering pill” that made me nothing more than a mild mannered doxie to the average eye. PIEmommy and PIEdaddy expertly hussled me through all checkpoints and I was quickly tucked away under the seat. After a short nap, I sprung into action! Flipping back my carrier’s sherpa lining, I revealed a global tracking map of all squeeky toy shipments. I appeared to be heading toward the motherload!
I arrived at the decided rendez-vous point, where PIEgrandma and PIEgrandpa were waiting. A few secret face licks later, my team was set. We arrived at the last known destination of the squeeky toys. Using my super sniffer, I quickly discovered their hiding place….but couldn’t help but feel this was all too easy.
“HIIIISSSS….soooo Agent Dylan, you fell for my trap”…..
OH NO! It was Pussycat Galore from M.E.O.W, my arch nemisis!
“HISSS….this was all a rouse to take down MI-PIE’s top agent….no one can save you now!”
Pussycat Galore’s paws struck out, swating at my nose. Kitty certainly had some claws! I quickly averted her advances and called my team into action using my special high pitch bark. PIEmommy was soon backing me up while PIEgrandma quickly disposed of Pussycate Galore.
“HISSS…you may have won this time Agent Dylan, but I’ll get you again!!!”
Well we will see about that Pussycat Galore, for now PIEgrandma will ensure you go away to prision for a long time!
Sigh, so much for the adventure I was hoping on having! I decided to take in some of the local sights, only to soon find myself in another peculiar situation. Ninja Frogs had taken over the vicinity and needed to be stopped. This certainly sounded like a job for:
Dachshund, Dylan Dachshund.

wow, dylan, sounds like an amazing adventure. i’d rather see it on video than live it, though. my own kitties scare me. just the thought of facing pussycat galore makes my piepaws run so fast to hide under a blanket. under a blanket is always the safest place to be, even better if it under a blanket on one of my piemommie’s laps. when do we get to hear the rest of your adventures?
