Hi-I am so sorry that I never replied to your response about “hackels”. I just now read it in my inbox and didn’t know it was there. There has been alot that has happened and I just now started paying attention to what was going on again at the hotdog blog. I hate I haven’t thanked you sooner for the information-I didn’t know any of that so it really helped alot.
I would have written sooner but my Dad passed away last month completely unexpected and to be honest I haven’t really paid attention to much of anything other than my family. It was a complete shock to all of us and we are having a hard time accepting it. I can’t keep typing this without getting upset, but I just wanted to say Thanks! I would have posted this as a reply in the inbox thing but it wouldn’t let me.

My sincerest condolences go out to you and your family on the recent passing of your dad.
I lost my dad 14 years ago, and I still miss him every day as he was such a big part of my life.
I know he would have loved Baxter and thinking about that helps me alot.
