Earthworms…Yumm!

Yorky here! It rained last night and Mommy took me for a potty walkie this morning. Now normally I don’t like to do potty when it’s wet out. ‘Cause the wet grass tickles my belly! But this morning I found some really fat juicy earthworms wiggling on the driveway. I just loves earthworms!! First I roll on top of them and squish ‘em real flat. Then I licks the gooey stuff off the driveway. Yummy! Mommy goes “Ew! Ew! Ew!” when I does this, but I don’t get it? I comes back in from my walkie smelling real good with my tummy full of a great breakfast snack!

Sounds like you had a nice tasty treat Yorky.
Next time leave a few on the driveway for later, they will dry nicely in the sun and you will have some delicious worm jerky for a snack on your next walk. We LOVE worm jerky!

Oh yum, that sounds delicious. Bet the worm goo makes for a real shiny coat.
