Just wanted to remind everyone in Georgia that the Howl-O-Weenie festival is this weekend, and its to fund DREAM dachsie rescue! Here’s the information, and if you’re going, let me know! We’ll have to get a picture being fellow hotdogbloggers! Hope to see you there!

Howl-O-Weenie 2008:
THIS SATURDAY!

Yes, yes, yes! Howl has a new home: beautiful Cabbagetown Park in a historic district of Atlanta, near the Oakland Cemetery. It’s so easy to get to the park, right off of I-20. The park is located at the corner of Kirkwood Avenue and Tye Street (map it here). You will love exploring the funky and artsy C-town atmosphere.

We’ll gather to HOWL on Saturday, October 11, 2008, from 10 AM to 5 PM.

The day goes fast, so don’t miss your favorite events!

10 AM - Kick it all off with the HOWLING Contest!

10:30 - Costume Contest

12:45 - Tail Wagging and Face Kissing Contests

2:00 - The Dachsie Hokey Pokey (NEW!)
