Quick update on the Musketeer gang:)
I just thought I’d update everyone on how things have been going since adding our 8th dachsie:) Preston is a full brother to Paisley, and the two couldn’t be more different. They both have wonderful tempraments, but Preston is definitely all boy, loves to tumble around with his brothers, and has even picked up the lovely act of barking. Paisley loves to play as well, but she is not a barker, not unless it’s for a good reason:) It just goes to show that two dachsies out of the same sire and dam can be very different, but in this case it’s not in a bad way.
Preston is growing like a weed. Logan and him are at it constantly, it used to be Logan and Paisley, so I feel bad in that way. I do put Preston in his kennel at various times throughout the day so that Paisley can play with Logan as well. The boys are getting better with Preston, at first it was tough, they played too rough, but they have mellowed a lot, or Preston is getting bigger and tougher:)
The rest of the group is doing well. I now have 7 dachsies over 1yr of age, hard to believe I got 3 dachsies that were only months apart, but somehow it worked out:)) I honestly do believe I’m done buying dachsies for a long time. It took me 6wks to decide on whether or not to buy Preston, but I just couldn’t pass up a choc/cream, a color I have wanted for so long. They keep me very busy, but they are a lot of fun to, and I’m glad each one of them has become a part of our family:))
I am continuing to work with Paisley, still wanting to show her. I haven’t showing her for a long time now, but plan on showing her in January. I wanted to let her mature a bit before showing her again:) I don’t have any plans at this time to show Preston. I just want to enjoy them as much as I can. I may or may not decide to stop showing Paisley, time will tell, I really could go either way:))
Just thought I’d give a quick update. I feel bad because I don’t get on here like I used to, but I do my best to give feedback on other members pics, they are all so very precious:))) Bobbi

Hey Bobbi, loved the update and I never tire of seeing pics of Preston. He is just beautiful. Look forward to pics of the whole gang.
