I am new to all this Blogging thing…and to the HotDog Blog. I think that it is great that a site like this exists. Love looking at all the other dachshunds.

Well, my first use of this post is to politely ask some fellow wiener dog owners to please vote for AJ, my 20-month old reverse-dapple mini-doxie in the Bissell Most Valuable Pet Photo Contest for Voting Week #9 (voting ends March 11th, 2010). AJ needs many, many votes to even reach the Top 5 vote-getters for the current week. We are to gather votes from fellow pet lovers, family and friends each week. The top five pets each week move on to the semi-finals for a chance to win the grand prize of donating big $$$ to a pet charity of their choice, and have their pet featured on a BISSELL box!
